Using cloth nappies with my newborn gave her nappy rash. I used this ointment on the rash at every nappy change and it dried out and healed within 2 days! it forms a strong barrier against the wetness of cloth nappies so i also put it on every couple of changes to prevent any further rashes. Great product, natural and effective, also smells fantastic!
