Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Terracycle program for this product I have normal sensitive skin prone to redness. And it gets more oily in the summer. I’ve been using this lotion for 4 weeks now and I love it. It’s a great light weight non-irritating moisturizer, that I layer with a sunscreen and my skin never feels greasy, dry or uncomfortable. I just don’t feel anything on my face. Also I decided to make this my regular daily moisturizer, but for a very specific reason - it’s the Burts’s Bees Terracycle program. I try to avoid plastic as much as possible and the fact that only 9% of recycled plastic in the USA is actually recycled and everything else goes into landfill and turns into microplastics, leaves me, as a consumer with limited options, when it comes to facial moisturizers.m. This moisturizer is great for me, but it’s the Terracycle program that helped me make my choice. Thanks, Burt’s Bees!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring Back The Old Formula I went to several stores looking for Daily Moisturizing Cream. I discovered here it was reformulated and rebranded. So disappointed. Took me forever to find a moisturizer that worked for my skin. BB: Why did you do that? Were ur customers complaining about the old formula? The only thing wrong with it was the pump dispenser that wastes product. Apparently that’s what u decided to keep in the rebrand. Add me to the list of customers you’ve alienated. I will be buying my skin care products from another company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old original formula Why on Earth do companies change formulas for no good reason? I have been using the old cotton extract formula for like 8 years. It came on the shorter rounder white bottle. That moisturizer was fantastic. Best on the market. Then they decided to change it and totally ruined the product. Majority of the “true” reviews say the same thing…bring back the old formula! Stop changing what works! This irritates my skin and it’s been impossible to find a new moisturizer for me medical condition. They lost a long time customer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like the lotion, hate the pump Nice light lotion. Absorbs well, great for me though I also need a deeper moisturizer as well as I have very dry skin. I HATE the pump. its so much plastic, its more parts to break or stop working. worst of all there is no way to get to the last bits of lotion that I know must be in there (excessive maybe but I have dry skin and keeping my skin moisturized feels like it cost a fortune during some parts of the year). keep this in a jar. I do not buy in stores if they don't have this in a glass jar, and rarely come online to buy burts bee in bulk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Miss the Old Formula I am autistic and it took me forever to find a moisturizer that feels okay to my skin. I have LOVED this lotion for years. I recently just ran out of my stock and had to buy new ones, so it was my first time with the new formula. I am so disappointed. I was hoping it wouldn't change the feel but it does. Now I will have to search for a new brand. So disappointed.
