Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drying out my lips This is drying my lips out more than ever. How is this happening with all of the oils and butters in the ingredients? Perhaps the fragrance added is irritating. And I bought the 2 pack. I am very disappointed in this Burt's Bees product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad for Asthmatics Bought this in person for uncharacteristically chapped lips after seeing good reviews, and reading that the ingredients list didn't contain any "scent" or "aroma" ingredients. Unfortunately, the "flavor" ingredient, while I can't taste it, is aggravating my asthma, and making it difficult to breathe. This is a problem, as the product is directly below my main breathing holes. I had to vigorously wash the product off, further damaging my lips, and must now go back out for different lip balm. Frustrating and painful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite chapstick This chapstick is exactly as described. It’s less waxy than other chapsticks, and more buttery feeling on the lips. I’ve never felt such hydration in a chapstick! It’s great for dry lips, it makes your lips feel like they just took a drink of water and puts the life back in to them

Having used the other Burts Bees lip balms for years, I decided to try this when I came across it at my local pharmacy. The results have been very disappointing and I’ve reverted back to my usual coconut & pear which requires minimal applications.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First time user I loved the way the ultra conditioning felt on my lips. I like the smell of this product as well. After a week of using I noticed my lips starting to look and feel dry. Please remember if you sell a good product customers will reward you by keeping you in business. I’m not sure if this was done intentionally to make people purchase more lip care products or what, but it makes me not want to buy anymore products with your brand. I also purchased some lotion, but I haven’t tried it yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! As I age, I noticed that my lips get dryer and dryer. Lately I've had to apply chapstick multiple/numerous times a day but with this, I no longer have to do that. It keeps my lips moisturizer for a longer time than other brands.
