I would have preferred if the package had instead said something like, "acne reduction," that would better explain the product and it's function. At first glance, the package only says that the mask "detoxifies" which I have no idea what that should mean without a little thinking. Please consider changing the name. - Vern Ronaldo

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sheet mask not for me I understand the mask size has to be a one size fits all, but it was way too big for me. It was also so wet that not only did I have a heck of a time unfolding it, I also was unable to get it to form to my face or stay in place. It kept sliding down my face the entire 5 minutes (as per instructions,) I had to keep adjusting it. I also felt tingling about one minute into wearing it, but I wasn't bothered by it. End results: my face looks smooth but is warm and clammy to the touch. I will just stick with the clays, creams, and lotion mask.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dries out in a minute and falls off My first time using this brand. The mask was dripping wet when I put it on, but after one minute it began falling off my face because it dried out so quick. I didn’t even get a chance to lay down and relax. Other brands last 25 minutes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Definitely not for me I’ll start off with saving that I have really sensitive skin so this may have an impact on my experience with the mask. To start off with the mask itself was quite dry which I didn’t really think much of as it was on the cheaper side when I bought it but once it was applied within the first minute I started to feel my skin get irritated. Once taking it off and rinsing my face, I noticed that it was quite red especially in the cheek and forehead area. This likely isn’t the experience that most people will have but if like me you have sensitive skin and aren’t prepared to risk irritation then maybe give it a miss

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sensitive and dry Skin Burt's Bees is a good option for my skin type. I have sensitive skin, so I have to be careful! This one isn't my favorite mask from burt's bees. It's really soapy, because of the charcoal. I don't love the smell of the charcoal and the honey. But it is cleansing! Works good with sensitive and dry skin, and to remove impurities! I'm rating it 4 stars because it's not my go-to.

I read the directions, took it out of the package and immediately it was not looking good. It was pretty dry, but I went ahead and put it on. I asked if he was feeling anything. No, not a thing. After waiting the correct amount of time we took it off. There was no benefit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Will try again! I have oily, acne prone skin and thought I'd give this a try. This was my first time using a sheet mask, so I have nothing to compare it to. The mask didn't quite fit me - eyes were a bit too low, mouth was a bit too high. I didn't know what to expect after removing it. My pores seemed a bit tighter, but I didn't really notice much difference otherwise. However, when my husband came home from work, he mentioned my face was glowing. I hadn't said anything about trying the mask earlier, so apparently it had made a noticeable difference after all. I also bought a Renewal mask which I haven't tried yet, but I'll definitely pick up some more charcoal masks the next time I'm out shopping.
