Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gross. Please bring back the old formula!! Burts Bees used to be my safe, go-to chapstick that was thick and natural. Recently I've been buying these new flavors to give them a try, and each and every time, I am beyond disappointed. This strawberry balm 1) tastes nothing like strawberry at all 2) is actually extremely "chemical" tasting. I would rather have chapped lips than ever use this again. Sadly going in the trash after one use. Shame. "Natural" should be taken off the label.

I had to buy this one from a chemist that doesn’t stock my usual and I understand why it was on the shelf. It’s like a stick of candle wax, no flavour or colour. $7 wasted on something I won’t use, very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best lip balm out of the bunch I was a little nervous about trying this one because of the bad reviews, but I'm so happy that I officially tried this one because I'm a huge fan of strawberry lip balms. It gave my lips a lot of moisture after I exfoliated them and it's very long lasting, definitely will continue getting this one. This definitely doesn't have much of a smell but it has a very authentic strawberry flavor though ( it tastes exactly like the actual fruit if you accidentally get it in your mouth) and I would definitely love for burts and bees to make a strawberry lip mask in the future. Please don't discontinue this one or change the formula because this one is perfect.
