Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most healing of all lip balms for me! I just cannot have anything other than BB’s w/kokum butter on my lips during the driest/windiest season in SoCal. This lip balm works like magic for my lips. When hiking and camping at high altitudes I stock up on this product and trust me I tried many including other BB’s products. I got scared when I saw that it had new packaging and no where on it does it say Kokum butter other than on this website. Now I am ok with it however there was no reason to take it off the packaging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful product! I have not found another lip balm that makes your lips feel completely soft and moisturized. I'm not sure what these negative reviews are about, because clearly they used a different product. This is the best lip balm I've ever bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lip Balm I think this lip balm worked wonderfully and makes my lips feel so good and moisturized. I really don’t understand the bad reviews on this. My bottom lip cracked so I bought this to try and it healed my cracked lip right up. This balm feels very good moisturizing and hasn’t caused any issues for me. I will keep using!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE lip balm. Oily but in a smooth way, applies sooo easily without disturbing the cream that could be under, its perfect. It locks moisture like a pro and feels so smooth, like melted butter, and it has a hint of citrus in the smell, which i love. Will be purchasing again. I tried several ones but none can beat this balm. REMINDER : you CANNOT moisturize your lips with a BALM. you need to moisturize them with HA, aloe vera, or another humectant (creams can be used too, not only gels or serums) that draws water to your lips, and THEN nourish with a balm to trap moisture and boom, plump lips. If your lips are chapped and damaged, repairing ingredients such as honey will help speed the recovery and keep them for worsening. Therefore, you can't expect this balm so save your lips just by applying it regularly. A routine is necessary to keep them good. Don't blame it on the balm, you should use other products with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware I have used Burt's Bees for at least sixteen years. I saw the Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Moisturizing Lip Balm. I thought I would try this thinking it would be even better than the Vanilla Bean I had been using. I looked at the front of the package and saw "Rich in butters and oils that hydrate and condition dry lips". I was convinced after reading this to try it. I opened the lip balm and put some on. The smell of Citronellol was overwhelming. It made my lips feel awful! I wiped it off but had to actually wash my lips with soap and water to get rid of the smell!! Citronellol is in Citronella oil which is commonly used in candles and sprays to repel insects. If you can imagine getting any of the vapor from the candle or spray on your lips, this is what it was like! The product actually made my lips dry and burn a bit. I wish I could give the lip balm a -10 on this review. BUYER BEWARE.
